Summer Students 2019–Part 1

Every summer the CWHC regional centres hire summer students to assist with delivering our core program as well as other research projects. We are always appreciative of all the hard work and enthusiasm they bring to our organization!

SARAH BOSISIO is a first year student at the Faculté de médecine vétérinaire de l’Université de Montréal. She will work for the CWHC-QUEBEC this summer. Sarah will help technicians with the core diagnostic work and should be involved with different projects done by veterinary residents working with the regional center, such as parasites in muskox and goiter in brook trout. Sarah has a strong interest in outdoor activities and sees this summer employment as an opportunity to be exposed to wildlife health, especially for issues with public health perspectives.
